    刘辉,蚌埠医科大学生化与分子生物学教研室副主任,博士,教授,博士研究生导师,博士后合作导师。中国科学院大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士,澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学生物医学科学与药学院医学生物化学专业博士后。中国环境科学学会持久性有机污染物专业委员会委员安徽省生物化学与分子生物学会理事、安徽省优秀青年研究生导师。主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金、安徽省高校拔尖人才培育项目等。主要从事内分泌干扰物与人类健康及脂质代谢紊乱相关疾病的研究工作,近5年来以第一作者或通讯作者在PhytomedicineChemico-Biological InteractionsToxicologyThe Journal of Nutritional BiochemistryProteomics等杂志发表SCI科研论文三十余篇主要承担临床医学、麻醉学、预防医学、药理学等专业的《生物化学》《生物化学与分子生物学》等课程的教学。
